Our Hotel Portal is an online resource powered by Virtuoso for our clients to make hotel reservations themselves for simple trips. The main advantages are that you can browse at leisure, pay the same price as online and receive exclusive benefits - perfect when you don’t need the expertise of a destination specialist.

  • The Hotel Portal is a platform where users can search for hotel availability, check room rates, and confirm reservations online.

    1. When you’re ready to book your hotel online, click the “SEARCH FOR A HOTEL” button above. You’ll be redirected to our custom Virtuoso booking page where you can enter your search criteria. To view rates and availability, select your preferred hotel from the search results. When you’re ready to confirm your booking, select the red “Book” button next to your selected room category.

    Note - If it’s your first time using the Hotel Portal, you’ll be prompted to create an account. Otherwise, you can proceed to payment information. You can only create a Virtuoso account from a desktop or laptop computer.

    2. After entering your credit card details and confirming your booking, you’ll receive an email with all booking details. The AW Private Travel Team will also reach out to reconfirm your reservation and collect any additional information.

    You will receive Virtuoso amenities and VIP status with every booking.

  • Although Four Seasons properties are visible, you are not able to book directly on the platform. However, as AW Private Travel is a Four Seasons Preferred Partner, we can complete the booking with the maximum amenities for you. Please contact the Team here.

  • The booking tool does not allow booking, cancellation or changes within 24hrs of arrival. Please contact us directly if you need to change or cancel your reservation.
